TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR OLEYBET

INTRODUCTIONThese Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of the services provided by Oleybet (the "Platform") to its users. By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
DEFINITIONSIn this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

(a) "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Platform;

(b) "Services" means all services provided by Oleybet through the Platform, including but not limited to online gaming and betting services;

USE OF THE PLATFORM3.1 The User is responsible for ensuring that their computer system meets all necessary technical specifications to access the Platform.

3.2 The User agrees not to use the Platform in a way which interferes with or affects other users' use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

(a) hacking into Oleybet's systems;

(b) distributing viruses or malware through Oleybet's systems;

3.3 The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.

GAMING ACCOUNTS4.1 To open a Gaming Account, the User must provide accurate and complete information as requested by Oleybet during the registration process.

4.2 By opening a Gaming Account, the User acknowledges that they are at least 18 years old and eligible to access and use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

SERVICES5.1 The Platform provides online gaming and betting services, including but not limited to casino games, sportsbook, and poker.

5.2 The User agrees to familiarize themselves with the rules and terms of each Service before participating in it.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS6.1 Oleybet may offer bonuses or promotions from time to time (the "Promotions").

6.2 Each Promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, which shall be made available to the User prior to participation.

PAYMENT TERMS7.1 The User agrees that all payments made through the Platform are final and irrevocable.

7.2 Oleybet reserves the right to modify or cancel any payment method at any time without notice.

RESPONSIBLE GAMING8.1 The User acknowledges that problem gaming can lead to serious financial, emotional and social difficulties.

8.2 The User agrees to gamble responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

TERMINATION9.1 Oleybet reserves the right to terminate a Gaming Account at any time without notice, if:

(a) the User breaches these Terms and Conditions;

(b) the User is found to be engaged in fraudulent or unfair gaming practices; or

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
DISPUTE RESOLUTIONAny disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSOleybet reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Oleybet and the User, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
SEVERABILITYIf any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision.
NOTICESAny notice required or permitted under these Terms and Conditions shall be given in writing by email or post, addressed to Oleybet at its principal place of business.
WAIVERThe failure of Oleybet to exercise any right or remedy provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
